Sequential Chicago extends a big congrats to several local creators nominated for this year’s Harvey Awards.
The Harvey Awards are one of the comic book industry's oldest and most respected awards. The Harveys recognize outstanding achievements in several categories. They are the only industry awards both nominated and selected by comic book professionals.
Also, tying this back into Chicago, the first Harvey Awards were presented back in 1988 at the original Chicago Comic-Con.
